Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with PORTLS. If you're not, here's how refunds work.

Seller of record
PORTLS is operated by Kevin Florentin (individual seller). Payments, invoicing, and refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. For refund help you can also reach us at hello@portls.to.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a monthly or annual PORTLS subscription and you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid charge. This applies to first-time purchases of each plan.
Renewal charges after the first paid cycle are generally non-refundable, but we may make case-by-case exceptions (for example, an unnoticed renewal you didn't use) — please write in.
$5 first-month intro offer
The Monthly plan currently ships with a $5 first-month intro price (then $29.99/month). The $5 is a real paid charge, so the 14-day money-back window above applies from the date of that first charge. Cancel anytime from Settings or the Paddle customer portal to stop the subscription from renewing at the standard price.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
- Visit paddle.net, enter the email you used at checkout, and follow the refund flow.
- Or contact PORTLS support and we'll open the request with Paddle for you.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
Overage charges
Metered overage on the Monthly ($29.99, 60,000 events) and Agency ($79.99, 500,000 events) plans is billed at $0.50 per 1,000 events above the included quota and appears on your next invoice. The Annual plan ($149.99/year, 800,000 events) is tallied across the full annual period — we'll email you before applying any overage. Overage fees are not refundable retroactively, but you can prevent future overage by upgrading your plan or reducing usage.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle first — we resolve nearly every issue in less time than a chargeback takes. Chargebacks issued before contacting support may result in immediate suspension of the workspace.
