PORTLS creates short links for creators and stores. If you received a PORTLS link that points somewhere harmful, tell us and we will investigate.

Last updated: August 10, 2026.

How to report

Email hello@portls.to with the subject line Abuse report.

  • The full short link (for example portls.to/abc123).
  • Where you encountered it (video description, email, social post).
  • What the destination does — phishing, malware, scam, spam, or other.
  • Screenshots or headers, if you have them.

Please do not attach malware samples. A link to a scanner report (for example VirusTotal) is enough.

What we act on

  • Phishing or credential harvesting.
  • Malware, drive-by downloads, or unwanted software.
  • Fraud, scams, and deceptive commerce.
  • Content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it is hosted.
  • Bulk unsolicited messaging using PORTLS links.
  • Links that impersonate PORTLS or a brand the sender does not own.

Disputes about a product, delivery, or a refund are not abuse reports. Purchases are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see our Refund Policy.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
  • Confirmed abusive links are disabled, and the destination stops resolving for everyone.
  • Repeat or severe violations result in workspace suspension or termination under our Terms.
  • We keep a record of the report for our own audit trail; see the Privacy Notice.

Security vulnerabilities

Security issues in PORTLS itself go to the same address but should be labelled Security. Include reproduction steps and do not test against real user data. See Trust & Security.
