How does the $5 first month work?
Pick the Monthly plan and you're charged $5.00 today for your first month of full access. After that, you renew at $29.99/month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — if you cancel before the second month starts, you won't be charged again. The intro price applies to Monthly only.
What counts as an event?
Any action our pixel records on your store — landing on a product page, adding to cart, starting checkout, completing a purchase. One visitor typically generates several events.
What happens if I go over?
We never stop tracking. Overage is billed at $0.50 per 1,000 events above your cap. On Monthly it appears on your next invoice. On Annual it's tallied through the year and settled at renewal.
What about my history?
While your subscription is active, every click and event is kept — no rolling window, no automatic pruning. If you cancel, you get a 30-day grace period to export before data is removed.
